 Orlando Brown (born December 4, 1987) is an actor and musician. A child actor, including his early roles in family matters 3J, Eddie Thomas in That's So Raven, Tiger in Major Payne, and Nelson on the show Jamie Foxx. It was also the voice of the sticky web of the animated television series The Proud Family.
